"Never stayed here before but gave it a shot because I’m an Elite member and there is no hotel in Biloxi owned by Penn Entertainment. This place leaves a lot to be desired. We booked 2 nights and left after 1. Pros: why this is getting 2 stars 1. Epic Buffet was good; most of the food options were consistently better than any buffet we’ve been to (including Vegas) 2. Pillows in the room were divine 3. AC worked nicely 4. Preferred VIP parking right out front of the casino And the cons (which significantly outweigh pros) 1. Customer service was 0/10. Never have I ever been to a resort/casino where people cared less than here. I asked about the wifi because it didn’t work for rooms at the middle to end of the hall. Front desk said we can’t do anything about it *shrugs*. Guess it is not your problem.. but I checked out and went to the Beau Rivage where I’m treated well only as a GOLD player (3rd highest card), they have wifi and great service. If you plan on using the WiFi in your room, think again. Not a remote working friendly hotel. Example #2 went to the VIP lounge and there were no coffee cups. I asked the receptionist and she said we ran out *shrugs* and then no response. Didn’t even try to suggest another option for me to go find an alternative cup. 2. Casino needs better ventilation. Not that many people smoking and it was awful. You can smell it right when you walk in the door. 3. Poor drink service - did not see a waitress the entire time I played on two different days. 4. Lack of games both slots and tables - a lot to be desired. No roulette or 3 card poker, only a few new slots. 5. Return to player is awful - I’d be surprised if it was more than 70% payback. I lost $500 so fast we decided to drive back to Biloxi and go to boomtown. 6. Rooms were not clean; the shower had black mold around the grout which shouldn’t happen if you’re cleaning the showers in between guest stays. There is also no safe in the room."
"Worse casino ever!! Never was charge a puppy fee up until now. I was unaware of the fee, and the lady still charge me after stating that I would not be charge since I had no clue that they even charge a dog fee! He ALWAYS comes with us and never heard such of a thing. NEVER was a charge a dig fee!!! They stated he bark so they charge us a fee and he was only there a few hours because we drove two hours to take him back home. Worse customer service ever!!! Spoke with the manager and nothing was done about the employer lien to us. Don’t tell me one thing and do another!!!"
"I would’ve chosen 0 stars If it were an option. They are crooks and have proven it many times. Do not go here! Worst Casino on the coast with absolutely no upside. You will regret going it. No covered parking, it stinks, The food isn’t good and most of the machines are broken or outdated. Over the past 12 months, the payout was 1.5%. The more you play here, the worse it gets. I will drive an extra 30 minutes if I want to gamble before ever stepping foot into this dump again."
"Casino needs expanding bad….not enough games for the amount of people. Too many penny slots. Not enough video poker. One bar to get drinks which is the only video poker bar & it’s also attached to the band stage….so you have a bunch of regulars taking up the seats and not playing (to dance and listen to the band). Which is cool, but bad business! Separate the two so people can play. Good Lord, a lot more $$$ could be made and played with better oversight. Place was clean and didn’t smell like other reviews I read. It was a casino, not a church. Of course there’s going to be smoke! End of day, won’t be back but hope they figure out a few simple things to make customer’s experience better."
"Nice little casino with a variety of table games, low table limits to make it more affordable. Dealers were friendly. Place also had a good variety of slot machines. We would go back for sure!"
