"Delightful cozy cottage in Bay St Louis, MS on a beautiful tree lined street located behind the main house. Very cute and comfortable one bedroom and bath. Two blocks from the beach. Two steps up to the front porch. Cottage is very nicely furnished, and has hardwood floors. Small back yard has a privacy fence, table and chairs. Totally enjoyed my relaxing birthday celebration at the Carroll House cottage.."
"This was my first experience with a Bed & Breakfast in general. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing our trip was. The property is well kept, felt very safe and was extremely clean. Our room was very spacious, the food was so tasty and everyone there working friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Carroll House B&B to anyone in the Bay St. Louis area!"
"Our first time at a Bed and Breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is gorgeous with a nice front porch to go sit on, back porch too. Close enough to walk to all the little shops and eateries in old town Bay St Louis. Jane and Rebecca had a great breakfast ready the next morning. For a quick getaway to the coast I highly recommend staying here."
"The house was restored to the original (beautiful) floors, and furnished very well. Very cozy atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Secure parking is in the back, and the check-in was so quick and easy. Our room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable, very relaxing. The house is within walking distance of the beach, the shops, and the depot. Would definitely recommend the Carroll house if you are staying in Bay St Louis. Wish we could have stayed longer."
"My wife & I stayed in the Sunshine room - it was delightful! The property is beautiful and much thought has gone into the decor. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a short stroll into the lovely town where there is plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our breakfast in the morning was very good, consisting of a fresh fruit salad, bacon, scrambled eggs and pancakes - all very tasty. Although we didn't get to meet our hosts as they were out of town we enjoyed the conversation with the other guests and the charming cook. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing stay and would definitely return."
