"I rented for yrs from what used to be called bay park apartments. When they originally got bought the new managers was doing illegal stuff had me put out on the streets because she didn't like took me off my own lease. Also tons of roaches."
"I recently left a good review about these apartments. I just wanted to do an update in case anyone is thinking about moving back here. Everything was great when I first moved in. It seemed like the maintenance men were going out of their way to get everything done. Here I am almost 2 months later still with no hot water in my master bathroom. It's like I'm paying for two bathrooms but I don't have two bathrooms. When I asked the maintenance man about it again, he was very unprofessional and start telling me what needed to be done. I am a tenant that's not concerned with what needs to be done about it only concern is getting it done. I also have basically no closet doors. The neighbors throw cigarette butts and spit on the steps. If you're thinking about moving here you should think again. I'm trying to find another place now and I've only been here a little while. No privacy either."
"I've lived here almost 2 yrs. DO NOT come here. It is a joke. These guys are nothing but liars. They don't fix anything. There are things I've been trying to get fixed for over a yr. Good thing I have 2 bathrooms. 1 of my toilets hasn't worked for a month. RUN AWAY!"
