"My father, brother and I all spent two nights at Peter Hunter House in May, and were lucky enough to have the second floor all to ourselves. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back! Hydie is a considerate host, with an incredible sense of style and superb cooking skills (her breakfasts were my favourite part of the day!). The house is stunning and the location is peaceful and central - easy walking distance to all of the best parts of Natchez. A happy escape for three travelling Aussies."

"Our stay at the Peter Hunter house was everything we envisioned in a quickly planned baby moon. The house is charming, and Mrs. Hydie was so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed talking with her about the history of Natchez. Our room was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious as well. Due to incoming winter weather, we did decide to leave a night early. Mrs. Hydie offered to refund us for our night, but we insisted that she didn’t, and told her to save it for another night when we come back."

"We were greeted by Hydie when we arrived. She showed us around and gave us some interesting information and history about this beautiful home. She has done an exquisite job of refurbishing and decorating this Gem. Our room was the gorgeous Gardenia room decked out in fabulous antiques with rich upholstered comfy furniture + the most beautiful linens. A delicious home cooked breakfast was delivered to our room both days of our stay on beautiful China. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed exploring Natchez. It was a little slice of heaven. Our host was gracious and accommodating. She really is such a pleasure! Thank you for having us, we appreciate everything and can't wait to return.♥️"

"The Peter Hunter House is a one of a kind gem. When I was planning our stay in Natchez I looked at many of the B&B’s and this one just stood out. This place is simple yet oh so charming. Mrs. Hydie, the owner, is the most genuine and friendly person I have ever met. From the moment we walked in the door the whole house felt welcoming and didn’t disappoint throughout the duration of our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the room was perfect.
