"We were coming home from Louisiana and tired and needed a hotel for the night to get some rest. We stopped here. The man working who I think was the owner wasn't overly nice but he was okay, he did manage to smile once. I did see they have a whole little breakfast area with basic breakfast items and then there were snacks you could buy. He did give us a key so we could look at the room before paying. And they allowed our dog for a $15 fee which was great. Room seemed decent enough. We got two rooms with king size beds. My daughter and I stayed in one. I checked everything. No roaches or bedbugs. The hotel is very dated and could use some renovations but it was very, very clean. The bed was very comfy. I slept like a baby. The one complaint I have is the AC unit did have black mold in it. You could see it and smell it when it was on. It just needs a good deep clean. It happens with the condescension but yeah, they definitely need to deep clean those. My fiance stayed in the other room and he said the bed was really uncomfortable in that room. He said the whole one side of the bed was like dipped down. There is a gas station across the street we got food from. The ladies working were pretty nice and helpful. The security guard was awful. Total jerk and pretty sure he was racist. I wouldn't stop at that gas station again but there is nothing else there. The hotel is decent to stay at for the night when you just need to get some rest. I don't think it's worth $65. Definitely like a $50 hotel room but we needed it. The cleaning ladies in the morning were super nice and sweet."

"Good: Cheap, room was clean. Bad: No vending machines, two ice machines that didn't work, WiFi didn't work, active hanging wasp nest in doorway, 6am breakfast was open when we left but not at 6:10 and lobby was dark. Never saw anyone again after we checked in."
