"Worst experience ever did not clean our room properly. Shower was disgusting. When asked to have someone clean it, they told us that someone did but they didn’t. All they did was make our bed. Would definitely not recommend. The lady at the desk did not want to assist my girlfriend and was rude."

"They changed me out my money, didn't give me a discount. The policy was never told to me at 4 am. They charged for for a few hours then didn't want to give my money back nor let me get a full day stay. The next night was higher than the first night. They didn't give me good business they ripped me off and the manager Brem didn't do his job correctly. He cheated me out my money and time. Quality inn is poor service too me ."

"The room was pleasant and surprising. They appear to be newly remodeled. The bed was very nice and comfortable and the price was the best of all. Free breakfast was provided which was nothing extravagant but was good none the less."

"I really didn’t like this hotel. It was not clean or well maintained. The front desk person was nice but inept. The shower wasn’t clean enough for me to feel comfortable taking a shower. I needed earplugs to sleep due to how loud the fan was. I don’t think it is actually a “Quality Inn and Suites”. I think they bought the Building and used “Quality” in the name. Would not recommend at all. Pay more and stay somewhere better."

"Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at these hotels and I’ve stayed at a lot of them! 4 rooms later and it’s still horrible! Bathrooms are falling apart, leaking and toilets don’t flush. Furniture is falling apart and duct taped! TV’s are old, remotes don’t work and not connected to the Direct TV box. The mini fridges are leaking due to thawing out and carpet is wet. There are stains on the walls and toilets. Nothing is clean!!!! The shower doors fall off when you try to close them. And to top it off when I requested for someone to come fix the clogged toilet issue I was given a plunger to do it myself. Do not stay here!!!!!"
