"Personally enjoyed our experience last night, it was interesting to say the least? The rooms are cool, and Jackson needs cool. It’s novelty, it’s fun. Take it for what it is! Definitely didn’t feel unsafe, even when we got locked out at midnight. Ms. Felicia, the manager when I was checking out was absolutely wonderful, sweetest woman ever. We come down for day trips and appointments, so we definitely plan on staying again soon! Ps, don’t forget your key."

"The service has always been a lovely stay until I extended my stay for an extra night. Ms.Sheila had a great attitude. However, the janitor decided to burst into our room without knocking and demanded we leave. Note I had already purchased an extra room the night prior. I walked to the front desk, and a hefty set lady had a distasteful attitude toward me because of my appearance. She started to lose customer service and yelled her voice and stated, “This is how I talk” Well, from my seven-year experience in customer service, it has never been okay to yell and try to argue with your customers. She also tried to threaten to “ rebuke” my stay because she claimed I had an attitude. Rooms are nonrefundable, so her having that authority should be reconsidered for your company. Extremely unprofessional and caused a bad view on the hotel."

"This is my second stay at the establishment, the first time was great only issue was the knob in the jacuzzi was broken but we pushed through. The second stay was horrible. The idea of these rooms are great but there must be more thought and restaffing for it to be better. Along with the price hike for no visible improvements, the $100 cash deposit seems unnecessary. The staff is not attentive and they are unprofessional. We asked for towels at check in and did not get them until 7p.m. After having to ask again. There was no toilet tissue in the room. The tv was controlled by two different remotes and it only played one channel the entire stay. The refrigerator had a smell and did not cool down at all. The led lights in the room were not connected to a switch that was accessible to the guest, so we had to sleep with the led lights on the bright white setting THE ENTIRE NIGHT. The website says that someone is supposed to be available until 11 on site but there was no one in the office at 8:45 for the remainder of the night."

"Services from general manager who was also the manager of this establishment. Came into work asking me to leave. So I asked if I may get the $300 I was charged. She stated I’m not getting nothing. And that I’m causing commotion. Cops were called on us. For the cops to say we have to leave without them asking me any questions for my side of the story. Cops told us to send it up to owners to get reimbursed bc there was nothing they could do for her being rude to me and just wanting me gone. I still don’t know how she felt I was causing commotion when she walked out to the side of the building screaming, saying you gotta leave..?? I’m so confused and highly upset. And would like my money back bc it’s way above the asking price Location: Jackson old canton road Room was good till couldn’t find soap could cut the shower off hot water didn’t last that long. But I have to leave on what basis of commotion."
