"The place isn't that bad since the price is so good. The room wasn't perfect but I only needed a place to sleep. The one issue they need to address is the roaches. Please hire an exterminator to get rid of those little German roaches. They weren't horrible but enough to make you a little creeped out. This is a simple fix if you would just call."

"Very very very dirty! Horrible customer service. They did not help us get in contact with anyone when we wanted a refund for the disgusting room. Stains and broken furniture, dirty bathroom, scratches and dirt on door, and very sketchy and scam worthy. Strange smell in the room and does not have typical hotel essentials."

"Room was clean but needed some updating but you get what you pay for. Price was very reasonable. I stayed for one night. Location was close enough to Cleveland Delta State college where I was attending a swim meet."

"I made a reservation for my husband and when he arrived no one was there. They had a phone number taped to the window so he called and the lady that answered was very rude. She answered and said "what? What do you want? I'm not there I'll be back in a few minutes." He sat in the parking lot for over an hour and tried calling the same number back as well as a few other numbers and never could get anyone to answer again. Not only that but he video called me and showed me the paring lot which has mattresses and toilets scattered. I would not recommend. He didn't see the inside of a room, obviously, but from what the parking lot looked like, it didn't give me much hope."

"I had a very good experience here. I've stayed here 2 times already and will the rest of my contract. I'm working out of town and the 1st night I booked a room at another hotel and it was horrendous. The rooms here are very clean and cozy. The sheets are clean with no stains. I only wish there was a pool. Lastly the price is amazing. I'm thinking of extending my contract and if I do I will stay here. Thank you for the good service."
