"I went to check in and gave them my digital license. I lost my hard copy a few days ago. They told me we can’t take that. I told them everyone takes this. Cops, banks, etc. I have used this multiple times. I had to call corporate and they told me, yes we will take that. I spoke with the manager and she told me, we will take it this one time, but if you gamble we will not pay you for a jackpot. You lost money there! I told her people vote without a license. She didn’t like that! I went up to my room and the heater was on. It was around 75 degrees that day. I tried to put on the A/C but it wouldn’t work. Lucky that evening a cool front came through. I opened the window and slept like that. The next morning I tried to take a shower but no hot water. The handle was messed up and would not let me turn it on. I told all of this to the manager when checking out. The only thing they were worried about was if I closed the window. I will NEVER stay here again!"

"This place use to be the spot!! They had concerts, a great buffet and great over all atmosphere. My wife and I would ALWAYS enjoy ourselves and hated when it was time to leave but now this place is the definition of DEPRESSING!! No more concerts and shows no more buffet Nothing to get customers excited!! The powers that be really need to take a good look at themselves!"

"Run down, old machines, no drinks offered while on the floor at machines. No coke machine that will work. Finally, I found someone who could get us bottled water to take back to the room. I do not recommend staying here."

"If they charged what the rooms were actually worth, I would’ve given them the same score because they’re a 2. Period. Old, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. No refrigerator, no microwave, chipped paint everywhere, sagging mattress, no WiFi, when I reported it to the front desk the first time I got “we’ll reboot it”, the second time 2 hours later when it still wasn’t on I was told “yeah, it’s pretty spotty here”…..I paid $157/night for a $65 (tops) room. The staff was friendly enough. If you’re coming to gamble likely none of this will matter to you but I was here visiting my grandson (12) and luckily he doesn’t care as long as we’re together. Never again, I’ll be finding somewhere else to stay next time through. Oh, yeah, if you don’t smoke and it bothers you, steer clear for sure!!!!!"

"Do not stay here. Booking this hotel was a big mistake. The website does not tell you that half of this facility is completely shut down. There's only one takeout restaurant and nothing close to even drive to. There is no breakfast available on weekends as they don't even open until noon. The ice machine on the second floor of the hotel did not even work. There was a Lobby with tables and a coffee maker but no one ever made coffee. The front desk help was very rude. The carpet is dirty and the rooms are old and need total updates. As for the casino, there were three video poker games. Half of the machines did not even work. At the bar, the video pokers on the bar were completely inoperable. In the women's restroom half of the Stalls were out of order. This place is a has been. It needs to be shut down. It needs to be completely redone. I was extremely disappointed. I am a Caesar's card holder and did not get any kind of break on the room price. I do not recommend staying here. This place needs to be shut down. Very disappointed with my stay."
