"A month of calls and nothing but busy signals. I get emails saying I have notifications but there are none when I log in. No way to send a message back about the problem. No way to call. When I call the state office it pushes to on to a department that only handles fraud."

"They wrongfully terminated my snap benefits saying I'm abled body to work which I'm not and I told them I'm mentally ustabled to work and I'm in the process of getting my ssi disability benefits which I'm going through mental evaluation as we speak and do you think they cared hell no they didn't and that whole crew need to be fired they doing things they own way instead of the government way which is sick and upsetting!!!!!!"

"There causing me to starve cause they won't give me my stamps when I deserve them and did everything they asked but the new caseworker was not wanting to do their job and approve something I already had no change in status she just didn't want to work with my case idk but Everytime I call I get the saying they will call you back never heard back from them such liers"

"This place NEVERRRRR answers the phone and with a chance of a miracle every now and then when someone did answer they tell you, its best to come in of course. Now apparently it's not even a working number to even be about to try and call!"

"The people y'all hire have to be the rudest people. Speaks volumes on the people running this place. Worthless. I don't understand WHY it's so difficult to get business done here. Call customer service and they can't answer questions... WHAT? The heck you got customer service line then. MS is so far behind it's ridiculous."
