"What an absolute horrible experience I've had with this establishment. As a dual military couple my family faces many challenges. One of which is having a child with autism colorful minds academy is only compounded those issues due to my request for additional services. They couldn't accommodate my request so instead of leaving services as they were they terminated our services to entirety. After speaking with several individuals at the center no one could get their story straight until the director told me how I was threatening her life and limb and threatening to call my supervisors and report me all because I requested additional services that they couldn't offer. I didn't listen to the warnings I received prior to choosing this facility and I should have reviews are worth something especially when there's several bad ones! Edit: After calling me a Series of names I contacted the proper authorities for Colorful minds which they had again lied about and never spoke with. It is obvious they knew there was no leg to stand on. Come to find out I do not stand alone, various complaints have been filed with the insurance provider and various other organizations. To address the bullying, I promised with all my heart and soul to educate people on their behavior which was the director her self. She accused me of threatening and bulling among other things. Which is a very broad use of the terms but hey .... Guess I'm a bully for using my 1st amendment rights!"
