"My caseworker has not been any help to me I have escalated I don't know how many times at this point haven't been able to get ahold of her or him and can't afford to drive to Oxford which is an extra 50 miles away from me to talk to her or him directly no one can tell me any information they won't tell me any information and if I drive over there my caseworker might not even be there because I can't get ahold of the office directly to set up an appointment to come to the child support office I'm at my Wit's End and I have no idea what else to do maybe they will see this review I hope y'all have a better day that I am having oh and they said they tried to contact me on October 6th no missed calls whatsoever on October 6th I went through my call log just to be sure thank you government establishments that can't help us"
