Dollar Tree

"It's hard for me to deciede if i want to give this store 4 stars or just 3. In my own personal opinion, who ever planned where to put what, apparently did not have a clue what they were doing. And it's always hot to me. But inspite of the crazy layout of the store and it always being so hot, i still like to shop there So i gave it 4 stars, because of the employees in that store. They are all very nice and will stop whatever they r doing to help you. But the Verry Best part of my trip there today. Is the cashier who waited on me today. She bagged my stuff exactly like i ask her too. ( I always request my cleaning products bagged separately. ) But today when i walked up to this young lady. She immediately saw that i was sweating like crazy and was very short of breath. She ask if i was ok. I told her that i have copd and that i just got overheated. And without hesitations she turned around and got an electric fan and turned it on high blowing straight on me she even stood and held the fan on me till i started cooling down and breathing better. All i could say to that was God Bless you! Thank you ! I could not have been treated any better anywhere! She really went above and beyond !! When i ask her name so i could brag on her i saw her name tag. I told her well ur mama sure named you right ! Her name is ANGEL ! And yes her name fits her perfectly. If I could rate her alone. I would definitely give her 5 stars !"

"This Dollar Tree is unsafe for Black patrons and employees. Fully recommend the other store on Jackson Ave opposed to this store where racists are allowed to continue working. Black people are seldomly hired here and are quickly removed. The store manager is rude, unorganized and skirts her responsibilities as manager, assigning a significant amount of those responsibilities to others. She seldomly communicates directly with black workers but relays information over through the Caucasian associates or Caucasian assistant manger. Prioritizes white workers. She allows racism, racist epithets, and microaggressions to both Black patrons and employees. Other assistant managers are allowed to scream at Black children with autism in the store and call the police on Black women for asking to exchange items and being “angry.” Only Black associates are given unsafe tasks and are not protected from discrimination. Recommend working and shopping elsewhere."

"Very convenient for quick pick items. Two locations in Oxford so handy. Unfortunately, every Dollar Tree I have visited were very cluttered. I'm sure that is a component of utilizing tight staffing levels. Also, curious what a twenty-five percent price increase will mean; per today's news!"

"Clean store, and always well stocked. They even have movies! The manager isn't very friendly, so that's what made me choose 4 stars instead of 5."

"It's great to have a Dollar Tree on this side of town, I just miss Family Dollar. They had cute clothes and more things I liked. Now if I want to go to one I have to drive to grenada while they are still open. The place is clean and nice."
