"I recently bought a vape from a different vape shop and it quit working after a few days, I tried to go to said shop and see if they could help me figure out what was wrong and they turned their nose up at me and wouldn't even look at it. I walked into R&B and said I needed to buy a new vape and he asked what was wrong with my old one, the owner tried to fix it for me but couldn't but he did more than the other store did! The ladies were all super nice and helpful and this will now be mine and my husband's regular vape store. 10/10 stars for customer service!!!!"
