"First of all this USED to be the best chicken in the world to me!!! I moved to TN about 20 years ago and for 20 years when I would come home I wouldn't eat anything until I made it to Batesville and got me some Jiffy chicken. I have been disappointed with the quality, taste and customer service of the kitchen for about 5 years now. My chicken has either tasted funny, been burned to a crisp or the customer service is just down right NASTY and RUDE! I went there just last week end and I get what I always get 3 legs(lol) and this rude person fills the order but when I opened the box to inspect it before I got to the counter to pay I noticed that I could have broken a window with the OLD and BURNED legs that could have also been used as rocks in a sling shot (lol). These women in the kitchen act like they're lunch ladies and less like you are making a purchase which helps them stay employed. They always act 'bothered" when you're making an order and they ALWAYS act like you're getting on their nerves. They are in desperate need of Customer Service training!!!!!!! They all need to be retrained on the cooking methods because THE CHICKEN TASTES HORRIBLE HERE NOW!!!!! Send someone from another store to help retrain them on how the chicken should taste. Well some may say they're still selling everyday WELL I bet you they've lost a LOT of business due to the diminished quality of the food and definitely the horrible customer service has ran the rest of the people off just like they've done me..."
