"If I could give zero stars I would! The customer service and “greeting” of this place is beyond horrible! I’ve never had such a rude and unprofessional person to interact with at a business than the guy at this place! My best friend and I came into this place to get an ear piercing (after I had called to make sure they were available and didn’t need appointments). When we walked in, she simply told the guy what we were looking to get done, and he IMMEDIATELY had an attitude and gave us the questioning look on why we were even there, and actually saying “okay?”, like it was a bother for us to be there. As my friend tried to ask if we needed appointments or anything because of the way he answered, he started arguing and said “Oh no, don’t do that, don’t start assuming because you don’t like when guys do that to you!” in the WORST attitude!! So of course, we decided to go somewhere else! Why would ANYONE want someone with that type of attitude and annoyance doing any kind of piercing or tattooing on them? It’s ridiculous to act like this if you want business. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again!!"

"Got my very first tattoo here this evening. Yuri was my artist. Great, clean work. He made me feel calm and relaxed. Highly recommend! Also got my daughter's ears pierced here as well. Again, clean work!"
