"I have been a customer of Posh for many years getting pedicures and other needs. I have sent a lot of business to this location. This includes my family and friends. We Love Gabby she has always been a great person and nail tech. Even when Gabby was unavailable, the other nail techs would help us out. Today when going in my husband needed a trim and the hairstylist Trina was there. We requested a trim and was informed that the only opening she had was at 10:30. Trina sat in her chair with her back turned to us from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM the whole time I was getting my toes done. At 10:30 a gent walked in and was seated immediately for his hair to be trimmed while leaving my husbands appointment at 10:30 unavailable. My husband waited a full hour and was never addressed. Trina was very rude and it was very unprofessional the way she handled my husband getting a simple 10 minute trim. I would not recommend her to anyone. I give this place three stars because of the nail technicians, and them being so accommodating and friendly however, I would NOT recommend if you need your haircut, go somewhere else."
