"Take your business elsewhere!! I just called them to ask if they had walk-ins and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. He then said," No, you have three people" I was the only one that was wanting my nails done. This salon needs to learn how to have nice costumer service to get business."

"Absolute worse service I have ever had. I had an appointment at 4 and was on time. Was told to have a seat and they would get to me as soon as they could. Within my HOUR of sitting there two other women had came in. One lady had an appointment closer to 5 and was sat before I was. The Second Lady was also sat before I was. After sitting there for an hour and 2 people sat that came in after me I left. I will not be bringing my business back after being loyal for almost a year now. The owner was not in and that is who I see. This is not the first bad experience I have had just thought I would give them a second chance after the first one. I guess that was definitely a mistake."

"I am new to the area and decided to give this nail salon a try after a horrible experience at another shop and I am glad I did. Tony did dip on my real nails and corrected the shape from the previous location I went to and I absolutely love them! Will definitely be getting my nails done at this place only. If anyone is looking for a nail salon give Tropical Nails a chance."

"This is my go to nail place here now. They have a great selection of colors, they are really great at what they do, and they are such nice people. They remember their customers and care about the product. I’ve seen them relate to a variety of people. Also, the salon is amazing and clean. They’re clearly out a lot of work in. Also they have glow in the dark polish, which is so fun (although don’t get it if you have cats because my cats think my hands are a toy at night now)."
