"I wish I could give them zero stars! This location is BIG on racial profiling! I experienced the worse service here! Employees (Betty and Kyla) followed me from isle to isles, to “intimidate me from shoplifting” but never bothered to ask if I needed any help. This made me feel very uncomfortable and also extremely upset and heartbroken that still at this day and age I can’t even feel comfortable enough to go shopping in this area without being stereotyped and profiled. Please do not shop at this location. As I brought my concern to the managers attention she brushed me off and laughed. I don’t feel as if the situation/matter was taken seriously and as a black woman constantly being profiled (several times at this particular location) that is very upsetting and unlawful. It isn’t fair"
"Great shopping experience. Had stopped to get a pair of boots and ended up getting 2 due to a great sale. They were enforcing the mask mandate and cleaning the register area after each person. Staff was very friendly and I am very happy with my shopping experience."
