"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was the only person in the store (June) and was not helped AT ALL by any of the 8 employees that I could see. Spent $200 after reminding the guy checking me out that he didn’t ring up the skirt. Apparently since this is most peoples only choice for purchasing, they don’t feel the need to show the slightest bit of professionalism or the bare minimum of service to the customers. I have been buying uniforms here for over 5 years and I’m shocked that it has steadily gotten worse than each year prior. Tip for future customers, DO NOT remove any tags from anything, if you do, No returns, and also you cannot exchange an item purchased (even if it is unworn) if it has no tags. I’ll be doing everything in my power to purchase whatever I can elsewhere from now on. After my visit today and the way I was dismissed I won’t set foot in this business again."

"Being a business owner myself and knowing first hand the struggle with supply chain issues and staff shortages, I wanted to take a moment to show some appreciation for the new management at this location. It’s tough being “thrown into the fire”. Sure, I’ve called several times and couldn’t get through, however, I decided to head over since I honestly needed to go in anyway. When I got in to the store I understood why they didn’t answer. They are swamped! I did have to wait to ask the few questions I had (understandably) as everyone was busy helping other customers. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me find everything that I needed. I was unable to get a few items as they were out of stock BUT I share the fault in that as I did wait until the last minute. Y’all are doing a great job! Hang in there and thank you!"

"I've gotten my sons school clothes from here for 3 years now and I have to admit the customer service has went down and they can be so rude...and don't get me wrong I'll pay whatever I need to,to get my son what he needs for school but I spent $400+ there today and they couldn't even put the school logos on good enough. I really don't think this is worth that much money. It's so hard to find school clothes in general for my sons school and they have always recommended this place. When I asked if they could put the logos on 3 people said they didn't have them and only 1 person went and looked for me! I mean im pregnant and I had to ask them to help me even tho it was pretty obvious I was struggling walking around with my 6 year old son with my hands full! Just really disappointed."

"Everyone there are very helpful. They know what you need. I am Grateful for them as the they are taking precautions during the pandemic. They wear the mask the whole time today, even when it was 2 workers in the store; I walked in and was the 1 customer at this time in March 2021"
