Reviews
"I really had a fantastic experience. A really nice young man went over and beyond to help me find a pair of jeans for my incredibly particular teenager. Just really great customer service!"
"I've been to many Old Navy's, I'd say this one rates with the usual. Clean, but a little disorganized. No staff available on the floor to assist, but I rarely want help anyway. They kept the line at the register moving, which is always a plus."
"Clearance season is here baby! A lot of the stores stock is on clearance so I had a great time. Plus they are building a target next door."
"Disappointed with their lack of mask enforcement. According to 2 male members of the staff, the company doesn't enforce the policy and they can't anyway because Mandeville Police won't kick people out of the store if need be. Guess what? You could not let them in, right? I intended to shop and had a good amount of money to spend but I chose to spend my money somewhere that takes my safety seriously. Plus, signs posted everywhere say masks are required."
"1 cashier which was very nice but there was a long line and the manager did nothing but walk the floor, not assisting any customers so he could have helped with the line that he was aware of... customers were talking amongst each other about the lack of help from him, one customer walked out. When I finally got to the cashier I asked her why wouldn't he help her get the line down when he came up to do an employee discount. The cashier remained polite with a smile and said let me give him a call. As a customer we rely on the manager to manage customer service not ignore it. We stood in the checkout line longer than our shopping experience on the floor."
