"They make great traps at a good price, that being said the wait time is not feasible for commercial fisherman the communication and customer service are non existent and get your hip boots ready for the excuses. It's a shame because they make a quality product but the best traps in the world don't catch crabs on the bank. Hard enough to make money on the bayou than to put thousands out and not have your equipment to recoup your investment. In reference to your response I paid for 150 traps up front and I received 145 of 200 ordered. I'm not concerned with the 5 traps that's why I didn't accuse you of stealing in the above post, I stated that you have horrible customer service and if you are honest with yourself and others about this situation I think everyone in this business can agree that 4-5 months to receive 145 traps is completely unacceptable especially when they are paid for. If you conduct your business with integrity you won't have to give yourself 5 star reviews or get your family members that have personally delivered traps to me to leave reviews. I would've been more than happy to leave a 5 star review I love your traps but I was grossly mistreated. To put this in perspective I ordered 150 fully rigged traps from another outfit not far from you they were all in the water 5 days later. You guys had my money for 4 months before I received what I paid for and I ordered bare cages from you. How do you feel you did a good job? You keep saying paid in full I was not and you took months to do an incomplete job. I'm not understanding."
