"This morning hasn’t started out very well. We had a flight out of the HS airport this morning on Southern Airways. When we arrived there was no one at the checkin counter. So we took a seat, thinking the agent would be right back. But after a few minutes we both thought why isn’t there someone here at check in. I walked up to the desk and call the number on the sign…..see photo below. When I called at talk to customer service she said we missed checkin and that it has closed at 6:35…..we were there before 6:30 with no agent on duty. This is the second time this airline has done this to us. Last time they moved the departure time up by an hour and didn’t let us know! So my recommendation is never fly Southern Airways and drive to Little Rock. Because Southern Airways only cares about taking your MONEY….and forget about Customer Service, none to be had!!! We ask the lady at the counter when was the next flight? Her answer was, I don’t make reservations you will have to call our customer service line. Call the customer service line no one picked up the phone. See photo below.
