"I had a hair appointment here yesterday because I get my lashes done here by Brooke. Brooke always does an amazing job on my lashes so I decided to get my hair dyed here. I came in with my virgin hair and wanted an ash blonde balayage. When I saw the finished result i wasn't in love with the hair. I paid and just hoped once i left the salon and got a closer look that it would grow on me. I had my friend take pictures of the back of my head and the color wasn't blended in correctly and i noticed that the color wasn't ash it was more orange. I was panicking so I went to another salon close by and they helped me try to get the original style i wanted. I spent my whole day getting my hair done/ fixed and had to take a day off of work which is tough to do considering i am in the military and only have a certain amount of days i can take off in a year. I called back today to express that i did not like how my hair turned out and that i felt that i shouldn't have had to pay the whole amount that i did. I was told that i should've said something yesterday and that i should've gave the stylist another chance. If someone messes up my hair once I do not trust them to touch my hair again, I just wanted my hair fixed and not further damaged. It was sad that this was my first experience dying my hair and I was panicking and stressing out. I haven't dyed my hair my whole life because i was waiting for the moment i could finally go blonde. When I expressed my concerns to the manager of the salon she just said she wished she could do more but I can't even get some of my money back after having to pay for that and having to pay another stylist to fix it. My time was wasted and money taken for a service I didn't ask for. Very disappointed in this salon. The first picture is what I got at this salon and the second one is how it looks now."
