"This has the potential to be a great theater. Great host very polite and clean. Everything about the theater is amazing right down to the cool arcade room. My only problem is the food. I came here 4 days in a row to no fresh popcorn. Smelling the popcorn from the door is part of the movie experience. Pretzels are nasty and should probably become Pretzels bites with condiments. Other than that bathrooms are clean. All the staff are excellent at what they do. The food choices are not the staffs fault."
"The boyfriend and I went to see the new Mario Bros. Movie yesterday, our first time at the Malco Grandview and what a pleasant experience!! The seating is so comfy and the theater was so comfy and cozy! Loved the fountain in the middle and the ice cream machine! We will definitely be back!"
"My kids and I go at least once a month. I'm always satisfied with service, help and I love the ambience of the entire building. We LOVE the leather, push button control, reclining, leg-lifting seats! We also never forget to toss change in the fountain for a quick wish and we take pictures right after our movie(s) by the fountain for our tradition."
