"Very clean and organized. The staff welcomes you as you enter the door. They are very professional and helpful. The drinks are prepared very well and the popcorn and food is fresh. The district manager recommended bringing your kids and allowing them to play in the play room and then seeing a movie later. I will take the kids weekly as it is affordable and safe."
"Nice theaters except the paper thin walls with a lot of noise bleed. Seats comfortable, fries and chicken was on par for theater food. 5 stars to the awesome manager lady trying to run everything at open and still kept an awesome smile."
"Our experience was met with the expectation that we all anticipated with the adult bar which puts them ahead of all the other ones … it was clean and the only downfall which turned my experience into a negative one was this older security personnel, lighter skin, with light, small freckles appearing to be bald but wearing an all black ball cap that said Police in white, plain lettering threw me and later found out my husband previously. His whole interaction, the encounter was doing too much and I didn’t appreciate him suggesting and leading that I wasn’t telling the truth after I already was in the theater and came out for beverage orders and more snacks. He asked me if I paid to get in (mind you both hands full and no place to set anything down) he came from behind the counter getting some snack for himself and he was an older black male in his 60’s, I answered him and said yes I paid and the younger security guy seen my tickets, do you really think I would sneak in with all this in my hand heading to my seat? Then he said where’s your ticket? I said in my pocket (but actually that was my food and beverage receipt and my ticket was with my family) and I had no way of getting to it since he was holding me up then implied saying, “You don’t have to get irate.” I quickly realized what he was doing and I questioned him with logic and facts and then he backed off and said, “Well I didn’t see you.” I responded calmly reinstating that the younger security personnel seen me and checked my tickets. I went in and felt the need to get my ticket, that older guy was giving the “jump off itches” and I informed my husband what took place not even knowing the same guy approached my husband and had a similar experience but the guy actually implied my husband wasn’t telling the truth. Now when my husband went out to address the situation I quickly grabbed my ticket and hustled out there not because of my husband but the other guy, he had vibes of looking for something wrong when there wasn’t. By that time the younger security personnel was there again and he asked what was going on as my husband was showing proof from his phone the electronic purchase and I had the tickets in hand, the older guy tried to say it was all good and everything was fine while my husband was in the midst of explaining what happened, it was like the older guy didn’t want us saying anything. I spoke up and said to the younger guy, “ Sir, you were the one who looked at my tickets and directed me where to go and also where the bathroom was.” He looked a little confused (mind you there were not a lot of people there period) then it was like an invisible wand of remembrance hit him over his head and he regained our previous interaction. I think we’ll just stick with Renaissance, their candies and popcorn are not the freshest but by far our experience is always a positive one. Honestly and I agree with my husband it’s like some black people just can’t be professional and courteous when it comes to other black people especially when they are in positions to allow or deny you access whether it’s to buy items from a store or a place of entertainment like the movies. Really set the remaining night with a bit of a sour vibe."
"Love coming here to watch a movie! Facility is always nice and clean. Only complaint is that the place never has enough workers. You need to show up at least 30 min prior to the start to ensue you can get your tickets and something to drink. Other than that the theater is amazing!"
