"My daughter and I were in town visiting relatives, and she loves a good jump place so we found the SZ Ridgeland location for a little fun time. We arrived shortly after it opened and most of the staff was friendly and approachable. I have to give a shoutout to Tyler at the obstacle course area! He did a fantastic job assisting everyone including my child. He had a great attitude and was never without a smile. Thanks for encouraging and helping my little girl who always wanted “one more” go! Facility was clean and in good shape. Some of the games in the arcade didn’t work properly, which was a bit of a bummer, but we had a great time overall."

"Madison was a great cashier. She gave me a helping hand when need. She also was very charismatic and seem very excited to be there. great great GREAT customer service !!"

"There have been times when they are short of employees or slower than expected but overall our experience there has been great. Been to so many birthday parties and held two there ourselves. Getting a membership is the best deal, as long as you intend to use it. We tend to run out of drinks, pretty quickly during the birthday parties, and the one or to workers have to go all the way back to the front to refill it multiple times. Overall, it’s a great place for all ages, but some areas may not be fit for the little ones (like the dodgeball area). They do have workers standing and assisting in the more difficult areas. There’s a small arcade area and a VR area. It’s a fun experience and definitely worth the money when the kids come home exhausted and ready for bed. Definitely recommend."

"Very clean facility. Great seating area for parents. The birthday girl and her crew enjoyed themselves. Plenty of fun activities for the kids. The meat lover’s pizza was AMAZING. Only issues were the manager esmy was very nonchalant and unwelcoming."
