"Walked in, manager was harshly speaking to employee to “get it together. I can’t do everything for you. This isn’t kindergarten.” Belittling the employee. Manager to me: can I help you with something. Me: Yes ma’am, you can speak kinder words to your employees. Book selection is great. Gifts for all ages are awesome. Favorite non-indie book store."
