"I wouldn’t Recommend this place the women I think her name is Avi almost broke my finger with all the twisting and pulling she was doin, her acrylic application was super watery and on top of that she left my finger under the nail connected with acrylic so when she filed my nail on the side it split and cut open so now the top my skin in connected to acrylic and wide open which can lead to infection! I’m most definitely reporting them to the board!"

"I should have followed the reviews and gone somewhere else because I’m not happy with my nails. I was visiting and needed a quick repair which turned into being a full new set. The nail tech barely spoke to me and when I asked questions he seemed bothered to answer. Never again will I go there if I’m ever in the area."

"There is NOTHING Luxury about this place! The absolute worst nail shop I've ever been to! I went in to get a simple full set with french tips. The man that did my nails tried to do the dip instead and I ended up with pink nails. Not only that but the way he was doing the dip he had my nails all lumpy and was willing to let me walk out like that. I told him that was not what I asked for and I would not walk out with my nails looking worse than they did when I walked in. I asked him to get somebody else to come fix it and the lady just tried to cover up what he did and added white polish on my tips. These nails didn't even last two days. I will never step back into this place and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone! Save your coins and spend it elsewhere!"

"This was the worst nail experience I’ve had. Ive lived in this area for several years, this is why I continue to drive father to get my nails done. . I walked in and expressed to the manager that I wanted someone who’s really good with doing toes. Sadly I have to get acrylic on my toes due to not having a full toe nail. As I told the employee what I wanted, he still processed to do as he wanted. Granted I asked for him to take off my old acrylic and add new. Once I’ve seen that he was almost to the end I figured he didn’t know how to do what I asked fordidn’tt anyone else nor did he ask me was they okay. So that’s my fault with closed mouths don’t get feed. BUT I did speak up about my finger nails. He did let me know that he had someone before me, but he sat me down before his client that had a scheduled appointment. I had a fill in dip, with French tip & abstract design. I totally didn’t not get French tip I was looking for, the abstract work. I wanted the nude, he said it was white and that the white would show up. I didn’t want white so yes I choose the green, but even still it’s not the same abstract work. Those are leaves to me. He even stated to me that he didn’t want to do my French tip the way I wanted, he wanted it like the old French tip. But that’s the only thing he changed. I spent a total of $130 and was not asked was I satisfied, anything else we can do or anything. I told him I was unsatisfied. I didn’t even get a full set. He heard my complaining about it. He didn’t care! He did my nails exactly how he wanted. I showed him my picture several times. He looked at it as if he knew what he was doing. But I felt rushed. He was ready to seek other clients. I felt disappointed and disrespected, because I would’ve waited my turn to get the service I asked for versus what I received. I paid for a horrible service and I guess I paid for them having to deal with me not liking my service. It wasn’t my intentions to complain, but I’m over these nail shops in Flowood, Ms thinking they going to keep taking MY MONEY to my MY NAILS how THEY WANT THEM. I will never return"

"I went to get my nails done and just wanted a gel polish. He didn’t leave them in for a long and they didn’t dry at all. Went back in my car and they had black fuzz all over them. I went back in to ask if they could dry them more and get the black fuzz off. He gave me another topcoat and put cuticle oil on them. I touched my finger nail and I could see the imprint of my finger. I asked if he thought they were dry enough, and he laughed at me. That’s right… laughed at me. I got up and left. I have never left a review before, but save your money and your time. There is still nail polish on the sides of my finger."
