Solar Nails

"Racist and scammed me. Guy doing my nails said black people complain a lot and like to get stuff for free when I asked about problematic customers. I am white passing. This made me keep quiet once I saw the quality of the nails and the price as I could already sense trouble. I came in and got gel nails done. The total came out to 97 after I was initially told it would be 60. They will not be upfront about the price. Also, the quality of the products they use here are poor. The man was scraping the bottle for polish which went on extremely sheer. Will not be back."

"Clean salon, decent pedicure, and staff seemed okay - except for one. One nail tech in particular was extremely loud (loudest person in the salon the entire time) and inappropriate. She was chatting with a client about how Vietnamese are racist because they were slaves and how all of her friends are black... she even took a personal call on the salon floor and was cursing on the phone. Everyone else working seemed unfazed by her behavior, which indicated to me that her behavior was just another day at work. Ended up not getting a mani because I was so turned off."

"I recently came to solar nails. Very nice place. Very clean. I know they just moved to a new place, but we you charge 65 for a pedi, is a little steep. The tech I had was rude. You know when we had to wear a mask, but you could still see the smile behind it, well that is what I heard through Is different language. Very smart comment about me & my friends. He was also very hard on my feet. They look fine. Experience not so much"

"I absolutely love this salon and I really missed it so much when they relocated to the new space! I will not even allow any other salon to work on my precious hands so when they finally reopened I immediately scheduled! The new salon is beautiful, so clean and organized. I am truly greatful for Solar Nails to be back in business to keep my nails and feet fabulous! I am so happy with Andy will post a photo of my beautiful nails"
