"I understand the rush prior to Halloween but if a customer calls right when the store opens for a costume to be held at the register, providing full name and number, why is it not held at the register? The manager, Megan or Teresa (whomever is scheduled today; I was provided with conflicting names) is very rude. She TOLD me to step aside and allow the clerk to check out the next guest. I waited in a line to ask for my held items. I received the item from an associate in the back and was told to step back to the end of the line to check out. I’ve worked retail prior to transiting into healthcare. In both career fields, customer service is of great importance. This store is very much lacking on a busy day or a smooth day."
"This place is so awesome. Although, it is massive. I love how they have a variety of party items. To sum it all up. They have plates, balloons, cake baking items, sweets, etc. The staff were helpful and provided assistance when needed. I recommend this place if you looking to get items for a party."
