"After 16 years of a perfect driving history, a moving truck hit my car...on Halloween, nonetheless. I (devastated), reached out to my auto insurance provider (one of the really popular ones, who thought of me as just a number) for help and guidance. They did absolutely nothing - after tons of calls and follow-ups, and 3 weeks without my car, they told me to handle things on my own with the insurance of the person who hit me. This not only made my mom feel valued as their customer, but made me feel valued as a human - both things my provider failed at miserably. After so many tears of frustration from dealing with my own insurance company, I was finally shedding tears of joy and relief! I am officially back in my car (with a new insurance provider lol) - and my mom and I will be Shelter Fans #ForLife!"
