"I used Cooleys for a water pump replacement a few months back and had a great experience. It was a little expensive and kept my car for two weeks but other than that it was a great experience. I called today to get a quote and estimated time frame for an ac compressor replacement and system charge and was absolutely appalled at the disrespect and manners of the man I spoke with on the phone. He IMMEDIATELY cut me off mid sentence multiple times and quickly got an attitude with me all within a 1 and a half minute call before I finally just ended the call. I’m not saying you will have the same experience by any means, but I will search elsewhere for auto repair from here on out. Two stars for the good repair job I previously received. Had it not been for that this would have been a one star all day long."
