He was just as diligent to make that plan work and it did! He was very personable and went above and beyond to help us! "We were traveling through on our way back home to Iowa and found our car had a flat tire in the morning. We called road side assistance and John arrived in 20 min as promised and provided fantastic assistance. He pumped up the tire and lead us to a tire shop about 1/2 mile away from where we were at. He talked to the shop owner ship and they had our tire fixed in short order and we were on our way back home. I can not say enough good things about John and his fantastic service.
