"Do not recommend for wedding rentals. Had my family get rentals at the Mandeville location, it took them 1.5 hours to take measurements on my young nephews only to have them turn around and do measurements again because they had them wrong. Then they did not have suits ready by the date they were supposed to, delaying travel plans and making my brother go out of his way in another state to pick up their suits at a location 1.5 hours away. Thankfully the suits fit everyone, but it was not worth the hassle."

"This place is terrible. Took 3 trips to buy a suits for a wedding. Had to find a place that had locations in 4 states so all the groomsmen could try on suits and all location were nothing but issues. After correcting them several times they still gave the wrong color suits to 3 of the groomsmen. If you’re needing a suit for a fast food interview this or Walmart will get you by but I’d go to Walmart first. If you want good suits and service go to tuxedo to guax"

"Customer service subpar. The woman in this location with glasses was so rude I thought she might be joking. When I asked her a question she replied with a “yeah…?” with a sarcastic attitude. I know the other woman working with her was dying."

"I recommend making the trip to the Metairie location until the management at this store gets a serious upgrade. The first time we went in for groom and groomsman suit options, we had a pleasant experience with the manager at the time. When we visited a second time, we waited for 20 minutes before anyone greeted us, the only customers in the store. Once we were finally greeted, we explained we needed to look up our group number and Ily, the new manager, acted as if she couldn't find it (it was almost closing time so I'm sure she just wanted us to leave). The third time we went back, we actually found an employee who cared - Rebecca. She did her very best to help us with our dilemma and found our group info in less than a minute. Ultimately, we went to Metairie because management at the Mandeville location is utterly incompetent. Metairie was able to give us the time, care and completed our transaction that day."

"I took my son here for his birthday to buy "floor inventory" stock over custom. This Jos A. Bank in Mandeville does have a decent selection but its all larger sizes. There were two ladies that were working with other clients. They did not help out but we didnt take it personally. They were just busy and trying to help clients that are present first. The inventory stock is nice but they need to work on stocking smaller sizes and it's definetly a market gap they are missing or not catering too #thenextgeneration."
