Mister Car Wash

"The car wash in clinton has gotten worse the last 7 months. Only a few vacuums work and the ones that do work barely have any suction. There is always something wrong with the machine, either the side brushes don't work or the front brushes don't work or only 1 works. Today they are closed to wash only vacuums and they are not working properly. Employees car is there and no one outside or answer the phone or door. Very poor, paying for an unlimited plan for 2 cars and can't even wash a car or vacuum right"

"AVOID this car wash! My wige and I are premium members and I pay $60 a month for the service. In the past 4 months the car wash DOES NOT wash our vehicles like it did a year ago. It's essentially a car that DOESN'T WASH CARS. The vacuums are a hit and miss. Sometimes they suction okay and sometimes they don't but they never suction great. I am canceling our subscription TODAY, it's simply not worth that money."

"I’ve been going to the Clinton location a few years. Just recently I am not getting the service I ask for, and was getting it before. I do not like tire shine on my tires because it wears off and especially when it rains, it leaves my rims black and splatters on my car. It’s too hard on me to clean my rims and get the black off because my car is low to the ground. Assistant manager Teresa has given me comp washes because I didn’t get the service I asked for. Mason has given me a comp wash too. All together I’ve had about three or four comp washes. Apparently, they can’t turn off the tire shine when my car goes through. I see other cars with just a basic wash and no tire shine. The last wash I had this week Teresa was doing the operating. I asked for no tire shine, but I got it anyway. I went over to tell her, and she said she couldn’t do anything about it. The managers have been nice about the comp washes, but I still did not get the service I requested. This is why I gave a one star rating."

"As soon as I am off from work I am closing accounts and taking my hard earned money elsewhere. The Mgr in Brandon is very rude and cannot multitask. The last 2 times I went there my sticker wouldn't read. They assured the second time that they removed the correct car and when I went to have it cleaned they had removed the wrong car. Not only that instead off offering to fix the issue he was not apologetic but offered me to cancel my accounts. Huh? That's the amount of professionalism he possesses. To add insult to injury I had been paying for free carwashes for another lady I never met. I hope she appreciate it. This Mgr also told me he would have someone from Corp to reac hour to me. It's been a week now...and nothing. I'm going to the competition since the choice was rudely offered to me."

"The wash was OK. The vacuums here just barely work, and none of them are able to get in the crevices. No vending machines with cleaning wipes. No floor matt cleaners. Spent $16 and have a slightly cleaner vehicle. Will not return."
