"I came into the dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, and the have my tire checked. Kerri was very rude and obnoxious. She complained about having to use her cell phone to take a picture of my tire for a claim. In the meantime, I was sitting waiting for her to do so. After someone from management came and instructed her to take the picture, she finally did so. The technician also failed to reset the mileage until my next service is due. The only reason I gave this dealership one star is because ZERO was NOT an option! To be a luxury dealership, there was nothing LUXURIOUS about this experience! Get it together, Infiniti of South Mississippi."
