"On February 20, 2024 at about 6:44 PM we pulled into store number 947516 in D’Iberville Mississippi and made an inquiry about getting four tires on our vehicle and Joel who was behind the counter, gave us a quote, and I asked if they had time to do it tonight and he said well we close at seven so I said OK no problem will come back tomorrow and he said we’ll wait a minute and he went out and talk to his tech by the name of Chris And they agreed to put our tires on our vehicle. Also do alignment on our vehicle, all fully well knowing that they close at 7 PM we got our vehicle back approximately 8 PM and it drives like a dream. I just want to say Joel and Chris didn’t have to do this and they went above and beyond all of our expectations and we just want to say thank you very much. We really do appreciate you. "The manager Joel and his mechanic Jesse were very helpful in diagnosing our issue in our car. It took 2 times at another car shop with no solution and out hundreds, so we thought we could try this Firestone which was recommended to us. Jesse took his time in diagnosing our vehicle and was able to find the problem. He updated us along the way as well. They didn't charge us again for a diagnostic fee which was a lifesaver, and they actually listened to our concerns instead of having a "know it all" attitude. We have came back for other regular maintenance and will continue coming back to this Firestone."

I am from another state, was Sunday and i was on the way to get on the road when i saw I had nail in my tire. I was so stressed out. I google tire places and thanks God Firestone was open.
