"Be very careful when ordering or purchasing parts from this parts center. There is no notification of their specific return policy. Any electrical parts or specialty parts are not returnable at all. The only place this clause is stated is on the receipt/invoice you get from part quotes or when purchasing the items. They also require you to prepay before ordering said parts, so if you don't get the invoice quote first you will not see this clause until after you have already purchased the item. I'll never buy parts through this dealership ever again nor would I ever suggest any of their services"
