Britney was our cashier & was also so friendly and helpful made our experience a breeze especially getting our heavy items to the car! "I want to recognize Kevin in the Lawn & Garden Center at the Waveland Store! What an exceptional job he does with customer service. Something you don't often find these days. He actually approached us while we were looking at hightop patio table sets. He had overheard me say, "we'll have to look at HD too." He dealt with that comment both professionally and humorously. Fun to witness. Kudos to him. Because of him I will be ordering our set from Lowe's!! I'd give Kevin a bonus and use him as a great example to other employees."

"The employees are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean. I've been fortunate to have encountered employees who were very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in (appliances), and they were very helpful in resolving an issue I had when I needed to exchange a major appliance. That may not be everyone's experience, but it's been the rule, not the exception for me. It seems they are short on help, so you may have to wait a bit to get assistance. But, that's common almost everywhere nowadays."

"The worst managed store I have ever seen. As a local contractor who is in there on a daily basis, there is no other business that is worse run than our local Lowe’s. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve run into incidents involving them and their staff that would absolutely blow your mind.. The gentleman that I see in the store from time to time that I know, are from corporate need to deeply look into how this store is being run, and how the employees are being trained. It is unacceptable that somebody who is in there on a daily basis multiple times still runs into the same problems in different kinds of ways and new problems almost every time I go in there. I’ve spoke personally with numerous employees, and they all expressed the same discontent and are unhappy with their training and the work environment at Lowe’s. The manager told me specifically that things would run smoother if I could just refer some people to come to work there. That is the incorrect answer, and it is her responsibility to ensure that her employees are trained and properly equipped to deal with the public and the products at Lowe’s. It seems that every competent employee they have had has either resigned or been fired. Of the above listed problems starts with management."
