"Lifetime guarantee is a SCAM. This company has been sold and, while they still offer it, they do not honor the previous owners lifetime guarantee. I understand businesses are bought and sold. If you are going to keep the previous name, you should keep the previous commitments."

Apparently they sold the business and the new owners won't honor the guarantee. Check out Lakeland Glass and Tint instead, if you are in the market. They stand by their work in my experience."
