"So they are over priced and they don’t even have the equipment they need to change your tire. We were informed to “go get the correct socket” needed for our tire then they will change our tire. Ummm I thought it was their job to have the correct socket?! If they didn’t have it for some odd reason THEY should have went and purchased the correct one. Went down the road to pearl tire and auto and they were cheaper and had the correct equipment a tire shop needs!"
"Called and specifically asked if they had used tires. We were told yes and they had our size. Got there and they took tires off and into shop. Came back out with brand new tires! When we asked 1 more time about used they said we dont have and never told you we had."
