"Fast and Honest service. Truck died on me in a parking lot and I had it towed to Roby's at the suggestion of another shop in town. It was dropped off at 3:pm, got a call from them at 4:pm to talk about the issue and it was ready to be picked up at 9:am the next day. The price was right on the money from what I expected. Very impressed with this shop and definitely recommend them."
"My son took his car to your business. Gleason replaced the struts, $900.00 was the cost for that, my son took it back to them, because it still makes a rattling sound in the front. They checked everything they did, and referred my son to Roby’s to see what the problem could be. Obviously there is a problem, but what is it??? So they had the car a full day. My son called about his car. They couldn’t get to it, they said. So the next morning between 8:00- 8:30 am, rgey call to ask if it rattled going over a bump and does it still rattled after it’s going down the road? Yes it does, my son replied. I’m saying to my son, Roby’s should be test driving your car, so they can see for themself what your car is doing. After all, he did tell them when he brought it in. They call back within 15 minutes saying could not find anything wrong with it. Then you person is talking about it’s cheap struts. Cheap struts is not a diagnosis for the problem, when he just had them changed and rechecked and they referred him to your place. And it will be $45.00 plus tax check out fee, which was never mentioned at the time he dropped it off. Something like that should be made clear to customers at the time they drop their car off. All of this is not right to charge a check out fee without diagnosing a problem with the car. If there was nothing wrong with the car then why do you take advantage of a young person and charge them a fee? I’m really outraged that you as a business would do that. I could understand if you diagnosed the problem and a customer chooses not to get you to fix it or take it somewhere else. By all means charge the customer! With this being said I won’t be come to your business to get anything fixed. I will be tell my friends and family to never go to your establishment. First time using Roby’s, they didn’t make a good impression."
"I left my vehicle here for a repair. It had already been to the dealership shop for analysis and I had a printout of exactly what was needed. I knew it would take a little time to get to it. After a week I called to check on it, but my vehicle hadn't even moved from the front where I left it. 2nd week I was told the mechanic had looked at it but he couldn't get to it. 3rd week I was told what seemed to be a bold faced fib that it had been driven twice and there was nothing wrong with it. I took it home and am currently looking elsewhere."
