"The staff was extremely nice and very transparent about what they were doing throughout the service. They shared items with me about my car that were not necessarily related to oil, but things I should just be aware of. They also did not pressure me or try to upsell me on anything, which was very refreshing. I can’t speak to all the locations, but I will definitely be doing my oil changes at the shop in Ocean Springs from here on out. Great experience!"

"The guy that helped me was so nice and patient he listened to everything I had asked about and was very knowledgeable about it all! He also told me about a couple of filters that I didn’t know about and took them out to show me.. thankfully he did because they did need changed and it wasn’t like he was trying to just add more charges to my bill Because he initially took off I believe $25 off the entire bill and I really appreciate that overall my car is running better and I am happy and I will continue to go there for my car needs"
