"I was told that my tires would be paid off in 6 months - I paid 90 every two weeks the whole 6 months and now they want 2000 more because I was 200 short at the 6 month mark and they added interest - I was never told they would do anything like this! I wish I had a machine to remove these tires cause I’d love to return them to the store I feel cheated and lied to and they’re still expecting me to pay over 3k when all said and done for 4 tires just plain old tires for a car worth less than 3k!!! So disgusted!"

"This shop charged me over double what every other shop apparently would for the tires I received. Arroyo Eco Pro H/T 235/55/R18. They charged $212/tire. Same tire can be had less than $100 at nearly every other place I checked ($84 even at Walmart). Even factoring in additional costs for mounting/balance at another shop, this is a terrible value. Staff were friendly and helpful enough, however based on this pricing, I feel like I was robbed. Same work can be done elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. They DID tell me the price for each tire before the work was done, however they misled me on the name of the tire which I could not look up to check price comparisons. I was in a rush and needed new tires ASAP based on condition of my older tires. I've paid over $200/tire before with name brands (Michelin, Bridgestone, etc), so I didn't think to much of it (I had never heard of Arroyo brand, looks like its made in Thailand and is supposed to be "budget" tire.) I called them the day after my service wondering if there had been a mistake, like I got the wrong tires for what I was quoted, or they were priced incorrectly. They confirmed that "this is our price, and you agreed to it." I will not be returning. With such a price discrepancy how could I possibly recommend this place to anyone? Highly suggest looking elsewhere."
"Car was totaled and taken directly to a salvage yard, while out of state, in April 2023. I called and let them know about the accident and not once did anyone ask for a police report to help with a claim through RNR. Fast forward to October 2023, where there are still payments due. I call and ask how I can pay the full balance at once and am told that they will call me back with options(before the payment is late). They get back to me and tell me that I now have a $30.00 late fee because the payment is “late”. How is it late if I was waiting on them to get back to me? I was also told that they could have helped me if they had a police report back in April. I told them that I called in April and no one asked for one or gave me that option. As a consumer, how should I know their policies on accidents. Telling me afterwards does not help me at all! Still out of state on a contract and I’m told that I will still have to come into that branch to close out my account. So, you want me to fly to MS just to make a 100 plus dollar payment? I was also told that they can’t waive the late fee. Please beware of this company!!!"
"Stopped by your Ocean Spring 5-24 after installing and finished paperwork. When starting my GMC sierra 2 sensor light came on would not turn off. We (Ed) took it for a ride it was making a noise when we turned the tires. I was told take it to a GMC dealership. That they only put the tires on they are not mechanic. Did tell me they would take care of anything they may have caused. Have appointment tomorrow"
