"I took my car in at 7am to have my tire replaced. Since there was 2 cars in front of me, I asked the employee approximately how long it would take, he said 1 hour and 40 minutes to look at it. While I was waiting, I saw my car pull in; later I saw them pull it out. It was 2 hours later. I asked if it was done. Nope they did’t even look at it. I was told he had a 8 am and 9 am appointment. If I was told this in the beginning I could have taken my car somewhere else. They lack communication skills."

"Very poor experience! That must be the word around town , as i was talking with other gentlemen in the lobby and they mentioned every time they come here they have a poor experience. TheLack of accountability from the manager on down. When I first got there for a appointment at 9am , they told me they were not sure if the tires were even in stock, although they called me to tell me they were in stock the week prior and assisted they never called practically calling me a liar. Very unprofessional and rude with dealing with the American public! If you go here be prepared to wait a very long time. Said it would be done in roughly 1 hour , it took near two hours to complete! Stay away!"

"Do NOT get the warrenty. I paid extra for warranty. They say tire cannot be plugged and are in process of replacing it. BUT they won’t even let me temporarily plug my tire myself even though they already saw it and have ordered the replacement. They might replace your tire like they are mine but you’ll lose your work truck for a week. I would rather have just paid for a new tire now. Walmart is not what it used to be. They try to trick you into voiding your warrenty or make it so much of a hassle you don’t even want the replacement."
