"Uhaul service they provide was terrible. I had a reservation made weeks ago. Person working there didn’t bother to tell me before I arrived that the trailer I rented - they no longer had. He said it must have been stolen and just gave me a number to call and sent me on my way. He didn’t seem to care at all what a huge problem this was. We were moving and absolutely needed this. Terrible customer service."
