"If I could leave zero stars I would. I called at 7:15am to speak to an associate and discuss what I needed done. No answer, so it routed me to customer service. She told me they would be able to fix my headlight and set up the appt. I go to drop my car off and immediately am confronted with a rude man behind the counter. Was not listening and had no care in the world. Said I didn't call (when I did, i have the appt confirmation in my email) and proceeded to be extremely rude explaining they didnt have a technician that could do it. Fine, understandable. After my interaction with him, I know why they are short staffed. The manager is horrible and needs some work with customer service. Will never take my vehicle there. Don't care if it was the last place on Earth. Try the Firestone down the street on Courthouse. Got me in and out!"

"Absolute crooks. Overcharged, charged for parts that were not replaced, and after bringing the car back twice, they refused to fix the problem that they caused and told me that it was now my problem and it sucks"

"DO EVERYTHING ON THE APP, DONT EXPECT THE PEOPLE INSIDE TO ACTUAALLY WANT TO HELP YOU. Every time I walk into this store, I am ignored for 4 minutes at a time while there are people standing at the counters. A few months ago, I went in trying to order a spare tire for my Dart. They didn't put anything in the computer, just said they need me to get the measurements for a tire that I did not have and did not come with my car. Didn't bother to look it up, see if they have it, etc. Today, 9/27/23, around 9:15am, I went in to ask about getting a scheduled time for my RAV 4 to get a new set of tires on it, and I did not even get to ask about looking at the available time slots to schedule an appointment. I am not sure that making me feel dismissed every time I try to give them money is part of their core values as employees, but I now have a $250 gift card for a place I do not feel like going back to ever again."

"After 4 days of waiting, I had to call them. they wanted to charge me $2,400 to replace both valve cover gaskets, despite telling them one had been replaced recently (Shouldn't they have known that if they inspected it?!) . This is a fix that others charge only $600! When asking about the reason for the cost the man on the phone was rude and condescending. So 4 times the cost, and 4 times the attitude!! Trust me, go somewhere else!!"

"Brought my car here 2 weeks ago - they fixed a tube in my engine..... a week later... my car smelled funny and was doing something strange, brought it to fast eddies on Ocean Springs - rhe guys pop my hood and FIRESTONE LEFT MY OIL CAP OFF AND OIL WAS ALL OVER MY FREAKING ENGINE. UPDATE 3/22 : MANAGER DID REPLACE HEAT PROTECTOR FOR FREE."
