"I purchased a used car that was in perfect condition except for scratches across the hood. I started shopping around and I was told by other body shops that the scratches were too deep to buff out and repairs would cost between $600 and $650. Steeds came highly recommended so I decided to go by and get a quote for repair. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by James Steed. He looked at the hood and told me he believed at least 70% of the scratches would buff out, and if I did not like the outcome it would be no charge. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and they took me right in, no waiting. After only 30 minutes they were done. 100% of the scratches buffed out and the hood looks brand new. James could have been like the other shops and quoted me hundreds for a repaint but because of his work ethic and honesty he saved me hundreds. "Very professional staff! I would not go anywhere else. I was driving on a Thursday afternoon and a deer ran out damaging my vehicle. After reporting the claim to my insurance company I brought my vehicle to Steed's Collision Center. They took my car in right away and gave me a ride to Enterprise to pick up my rental. Steed's dealt directly with my adjuster. Unfortunately, my car was a Total but dealing with Steed's made the process very easy and the claim was settled in two days. Thanks to the staff at Steed's for the great job and professionalism!"
"We needed to get our Jeep Wrangler repaired and decided to choose Steeds Collision as our shop to do the repairs, and boy are we glad we did. We worked with Steeds to schedule our time to bring the Jeep into their shop for the work and at the same time scheduled to have the rental car company meet us at the location and get us in a car to drive while repairs were being done. The morning of our appointment came, and we drove over to the shop, and we got the paperwork done and were outside waiting on the rental company and James the owner just happened to be walking by. He asked us if we were waiting on the rental car company, and we told him we were indeed. Without hesitation he offered to take us down the road in his personal vehicle to get the car so we would not have to wait. This is the act of an owner who cares. During the time that the Jeep was in the shop we were updated and kept aware of exactly what was being done on the vehicle and when they reached milestones along the way. The day came when we were to pick up our Jeep and when we got to the shop we were very happy to see our beloved Jeep parked right out in front of the shop sparkling like a diamond! We went inside and got the paperwork completed and went back outside to find that they had detailed the vehicle and cleaned it inside and out. Upon climbing into the drivers seat we discovered a note from Steeds thanking us for trusting them for doing the work. We now have our Jeep home and it’s great to know it has been repaired right with all of the necessary tests and calibrations and safety items addressed by professionals who care as Steeds does. I don’t know the names of all the people who made the efforts to get our Jeep back together, but I want to say a big “Thank You!” for taking such good care of us. James, Peanut, Kevin, Brian, and all the rest of them are top notch and I’m happy to highly recommend Steeds to others. They do business like it used to be done – when your word means a lot and trust is front line priority."
