"Only with this tool I have solved a problem by removing the old original grease in this simple connector that the dealer could not determine with a scanner and I don't know how many unnecessary tests they did. And they wanted to continue reviewing it with more time, costing me more out of pocket depending on the hours it took them to continue diagnosing it. I decided not to touch anything anymore and with a little analysis without a scanner or anything, just a little common sense and this special tool that you see in the photo, I cleaned this connector when I picked it up and arrived home in no more than 2 minutes. "Terrible customer service. I purchased a vehicle from this company not this location. But, I am able to get free car washes. The young lady didnt answer my questions but proceeded to tell me they have chryslers, dodges, and etc. I said that doesn't answer my question and I just want to know if I have to go to the location I purchased the car from or this location. Due to me being in the area. She then transfers me to a ringing phone that no one answers. I go in the store because I am within walking distance and I ask two gentlemen that were in the store whom she could have asked. They told me I had to go to the other store. Which is totally fine. But, she should have asked someone within speaking distance instead of transferring me."
